Paper & pairing
Reds and pinks show the most dramatic shading of any color family: expect real variation between the edges and center of each letter. This ink will behave predictably on most fountain-pen-friendly paper. Cheap, highly absorbent paper (standard copier paper) will dull any ink's saturation and can cause feathering or bleed-through with wetter nibs.

Tono & Lims is a Japanese fountain pen ink brand created by enthusiast Takashi Ono in collaboration with the South Korean ink maker Lim's Lab. It is known for a prolific range of standard, shimmer, pigmented and fluorescent inks and for its many limited collaboration inks with stationery retailers, including this series made with the shop Hi-NOTE.
Storing and using the bottle
